Complete Training Guide: From Catch to Max Level
洛克精灵广场 / 2026-04-06
Leveling, evolution, EVs, skill selection — every aspect of spirit training in one place.
Leveling Methods
- Story battles: highest EXP per fight — always your first choice.
- EXP potions: awarded by daily quests and events. Save them for your main team.
- Wild grinding: lower efficiency, but doubles as catching practice.
Evolution Conditions
Most spirits evolve by reaching a level threshold:
- First evolution: typically Lv 16–20
- Second evolution: typically Lv 32–40
A few spirits need special conditions (items, friendship, etc.).
Each spirit's evolution chain and conditions are listed on its Pokedex page.
Effort Values (EVs)
EVs add bonus points to a spirit's six stats — they're the key to late-game min-maxing:
- Up to 510 total EVs per spirit
- Earned by feeding stat-specific candies (Bitter for HP, Sour for ATK, etc.)
- Physical attackers: dump into ATK + SPD
- Special attackers: dump into SP.ATK + SPD
Skill Loadouts
- Run a high-power same-type move (gets the STAB bonus).
- Add 1–2 off-type moves to cover counters.
- Optional: 1 utility move (heal, buff, debuff).
