Psychic Asterfall
"You'd think anyone who listens to wishes from atop a shooting star must be kind, wouldn't you? They never promised your wish would come true the way you expected. A wish fulfilled cruelly is fulfilled all the same. They have no desire to devote their lives to other people's dreams, yet fate doesn't exactly give them a choice. Come now. Make a wish."
